Community Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Community Outreach Specialist to join the BJC HealthCare team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community by designing, planning, and executing outreach initiatives. You will be an essential part of our mission to promote health and wellness throughout St. Louis and the surrounding area.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically. Responsibilities:

1. Design, plan, and execute outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness in St. Louis and the surrounding area.
2. Communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
3. Utilize public health principles in order to develop outreach programs that are effective and targeted to the needs of the community.
4. Monitor and evaluate outreach initiatives to ensure that they are meeting their desired outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community members.
6. Utilize data analysis to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.
7. Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of BJC HealthCare and its services.
8. Attend community meetings and events to promote BJC HealthCare and its services.
9. Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations to support community outreach efforts.
10. Develop and implement communications and marketing strategies to promote BJC HealthCare and its services.
