Community Outreach Specialist

This position requires an individual with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build relationships, and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach strategies to promote BJC HealthCare’s mission and services

• Establish and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, including community members, government officials, health care providers, and other organizations

• Effectively communicate with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing • Identify and address health disparities in underserved communities • Monitor and evaluate the impact of outreach activities • Develop creative solutions to improve health outcomes in underserved communities • Develop and manage a budget for outreach activities • Stay up-to-date on public health trends and best practices
