  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Ambulatory Services department in alignment with BJC HealthCare's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the ambulatory care facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to improve the overall patient experience and quality of care.
  7. Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost-effectiveness.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the department's operations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and partners to promote BJC HealthCare's services and initiatives.
  10. Serve as a role model for exceptional patient care and professionalism, setting the standard for all staff to follow.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
  12. Handle and resolve patient and staff concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  13. Collaborate with recruitment and HR teams to attract and retain top talent for the department.
  14. Participate in organizational meetings, committees, and projects as assigned.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of care provided.

Job Qualifications
