1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
3. Maintain a clean and organized gift shop and restock merchandise as needed
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
5. Handle cash and credit card transactions with integrity and confidentiality
6. Assist with inventory management and ordering of new merchandise
7. Collaborate with team members to create attractive displays and promotions for the gift shop
8. Act as a brand ambassador for BJC HealthCare by promoting our mission and values to customers
