1. Greet and welcome customers to the gift shop in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with their purchases and provide recommendations based on their needs.
3. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
5. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and new merchandise to effectively communicate with customers.
