This is an exciting role that will require a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and a passion for the healthcare field. As a Medical Coder, you will review and assign diagnostic and procedural codes to patient records using the most up-to-date coding standards. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and have at least two years of coding experience. You should have a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding guidelines, be highly organized, and have a knack for problem-solving. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
