Pharmacy Tech - Inpatient

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, comprehensive and efficient pharmaceutical services to patients, while also collaborating with other healthcare professionals.To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma, prior inpatient pharmacy experience, knowledge of pharmacy law, and a valid Pharmacy Technician Certification. Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in filling patient prescriptions and providing safe, comprehensive pharmaceutical services
• Maintain and update patient records and medication information
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure best patient outcomes
• Follow state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory levels and order medications as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation and records
• Train and mentor new pharmacy staff members
• Stay up-to-date with changes and developments in the pharmacy field
