Job Description

At BJC HealthCare, we are looking for an experienced, passionate Quality Improvement Coordinator to help us in our mission of providing world-class healthcare. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to effectively lead a team, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care.The Quality Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in quality improvement and process improvement roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and improving the health of our community. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  2. Monitor existing processes and recommend changes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  3. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
  4. Maintain quality improvement systems and databases.
  5. Lead quality improvement initiatives and teams.
  6. Develop and implement quality programs and initiatives in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures.
  7. Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement initiatives.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and facilitate effective decision making.
  10. Monitor and evaluate quality improvement initiatives to ensure desired outcomes.
