  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive HR analytics and workforce planning strategy for BJC HealthCare.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify and forecast workforce trends, gaps, and needs.
  3. Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to align workforce planning with organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of workforce data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  5. Create and maintain workforce planning models and tools to support decision-making and forecasting.
  6. Monitor and report on key HR and workforce metrics to measure the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and workforce planning.
  8. Lead and manage a team of HR analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of workforce data and analysis.
  9. Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies and initiatives.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to understand workforce needs and priorities.
  11. Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and make data-driven recommendations for workforce planning decisions.
  12. Stay current on relevant laws and regulations related to workforce planning and ensure compliance.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve HR analytics and workforce planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Analytics And Workforce Planning, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Data Management And Analysis, Including Proficiency In Data Visualization Tools And Statistical Analysis Software.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Workforce Planning Strategies To Support Organizational Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
