Welding Standards & Materials Program Manager
Perform all responsibilities in a safe and reliable manner. Provides support and service to natural gas distribution operations in the company’s multiple state natural gas business. Manage BHE Welding Procedures. Track BHE Welder Qualifications. Manage BHE Material and Design standards. Be familiar with ASME B31.8 and other related AMSE standards related to pipeline and facility design and specification. Be familiar with NDT and NDE procedures.Ensure annual review of welding procedures. Participates as a subject matter expert for external audit preparation and data gathering in order to demonstrate compliance. Assist and support the other Gas Engineering Services department needs.
Twelve or more years of industry related experience required.
Program leadership experience is preferred.
Professional Engineer preferred.
Knowledge of DOT, PHMSA, AMSE, API and all codes associated with gas operations system design and operation.
