
Technical Support Analyst
As a member of our Enterprise Technical Support team, you will be a trusted and skilled analyst providing support for a variety of BlackBerry cybersecurity solutions. Provide front line technical support to BlackBerry’s Enterprise and Government customers involving our cybersecurity solutions. Research, author and review user documentation and take ownership, correcting any non-conformance with respect to processes and documentation. Build new/update Knowledge Base documentation as required. Participate in training courses to become experts in not only BlackBerry Security solutions but also the Cybersecurity Industry as a whole. Work independently, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers. Be able and willing to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed by the business.
Experience deescalating difficult customer situations.
2 years of experience delivering technical support
Deep technical troubleshooting abilities including log analysis
Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Any BlackBerry or Cylance Software Solutions
