  1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients in German language.
  2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of Bloomberg's products and services in order to effectively assist clients.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  7. Monitor and assess client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in Bloomberg's products and services.
  9. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures.
  10. Represent Bloomberg in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  11. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer support processes.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Serve as a mentor to new team members and assist with their onboarding process.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluent In German And English: As A Customer Support Representative For German Speakers, Proficiency In Both German And English Is A Must. This Will Allow For Effective Communication With German-Speaking Clients And Colleagues, As Well As Enable The Candidate To Understand And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Prior Customer Support Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Support Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks, Prioritize Effectively, And Provide Excellent Customer Service.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Articulate Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner, As Well As Actively Listen And Empathize With Customers To Understand Their Needs.
