  1. Develop and maintain the company's Salesforce platform to ensure its functionality, scalability, and security.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and gather requirements for new features and enhancements.
  3. Design and implement customized solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise on the Salesforce platform.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert for all Salesforce-related inquiries and provide guidance to other team members.
  6. Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates, features, and best practices and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Conduct regular audits and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, procedures, and guidelines related to the Salesforce platform.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce development and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for Salesforce-related projects.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Salesforce platform.
  13. Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for Salesforce-related tasks.
  14. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and development to stay current on Salesforce and related technologies.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Salesforce Experience: A Senior Salesforce Engineer Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Salesforce, Including Advanced Knowledge Of Platform Architecture, Development, And Integration.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Object-Oriented Programming Languages, Such As Apex And Java, As Well As Proficiency In Web Development Technologies Like Html, Css, And Javascript.

  • Project Management Experience: A Senior Salesforce Engineer Should Have Experience Leading And Managing Complex Projects, Including Gathering Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Overseeing Development And Deployment Processes.

  • Business Acumen: In Addition To Technical Skills, A Senior Salesforce Engineer Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Be Able To Translate Business Needs Into Technical Solutions.
