Specialist Sales - Senior Client Quant Developer
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Client Quant Developer to join our Specialist Sales team at Bloomberg. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and detail-oriented individual to become an integral part of Bloomberg’s global market presence.The Senior Client Quant Developer will have the ability to work with a dynamic team of analysts to create and deliver quantitative solutions to clients. The ideal candidate must have an advanced understanding of quantitative finance and financial markets, with experience developing models and software solutions.This individual should possess excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex concepts in a simple way. They must also be able to work independently and effectively to meet deadlines, as well as have a drive to constantly learn and stay up to date on the latest trends in the financial market.Required Qualifications:• A degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in developing quantitative models for financial markets• Proven ability to develop software solutions• Experience working with Bloomberg products• Advanced understanding of quantitative finance• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple manner• A drive to stay up to date on the latest trends in the financial market• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
