- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) pricing space, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of financial markets to understand client needs and effectively communicate complex technical concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Bloomberg, including sales, product development, and engineering, to deliver innovative solutions to clients
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve them in a timely manner
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients on Bloomberg's technology and products
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use that knowledge to inform and improve our products and services
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations
- Act as a subject matter expert on Bloomberg's products and services, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Represent Bloomberg at industry events and conferences, showcasing our technology and expertise
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and communication.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In A Technical Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Mathematics.
Proven Experience Working With Over-The-Counter (Otc) Pricing Systems And Data.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Including Derivatives And Structured Products.
Demonstrated Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
