The ideal candidate must have a strong background in immigration law, with a commitment to staying up to date on rapidly changing requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The Immigration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the immigration process, providing guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with US immigration laws. This individual must be willing to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and have a customer service-oriented approach. To be successful in this position, the Immigration Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law and working with US immigration authorities. In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent problem solving and project management skills, and a strong understanding of immigration processes and procedures. The Immigration Manager must also have the ability to work independently and be comfortable working with a diverse group of people.
