Director, Human Resources

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for leading and developing a team while strategically managing all aspects of Human Resources. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.The Director of Human Resources will be a strategic partner to the executive team, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support our company’s growth and performance objectives. This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of employee relations issues.
