Executive Director Human Resources

The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is looking for a creative and experienced Executive Director of Human Resources to lead our Human Resources Department. This position offers an opportunity to make a real impact on the organization by overseeing the recruitment, retention, and development of our staff. We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 10 years' experience in a Human Resources leadership role. A Master's Degree is preferred.
