Oil Roaster Operator
Responsible for set up, operational adjustments to production equipment and monitoring equipment to ensure that quality, quantity standards and production standards are met. Required to collect, measure, graph and catalog cost variances, spillage, down time and foreign material, production and product information. Conducts analysis and prepares reports of product and production findings, and equipment status. Ensure adequate supplies of raw materials, including seasonings. Wash cook bins as needed. Perform inventory functions. Required to operate a forklift/transporter.
Knowledge of machine operation to keep machinery and equipment operating.
Must help maintain product quality while meeting output standards and be able to work overtime as necessary.
