The Pharmacist Principal will serve as a leader in developing and implementing our pharmacy policies and procedures, and will help to ensure that our pharmacy operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.The successful candidate will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited college or university, along with a valid state license to practice pharmacy. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Monitor pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
3. Supervise pharmacy staff and provide guidance and training.
4. Maintain accurate records of medication orders and dispensed medications.
5. Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians.
6. Educate patients on proper medication use and side effects.
7. Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
8. Maintain current knowledge of advances in pharmacy practice and new medications.
9. Identify, investigate, and resolve medication errors.
10. Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
