  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage and optimize the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, and make recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement processes and increase efficiency.
  9. Develop and manage procurement budgets, and track and report on cost savings and other key performance metrics.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and processes.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on procurement activities and progress towards goals.
  14. Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the procurement team.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team Of Procurement Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Procurement Processes, Negotiation Tactics, And Contract Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams.
