- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Blue Yonder's software products through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues to resolution.
- Utilize strong software engineering principles to develop, test, and deploy software updates and enhancements.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address potential areas of improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder's products and provide guidance and support to junior support engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in our products and processes.
- Work closely with the development team to identify, report, and resolve software bugs and issues.
- Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices, to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues to stakeholders and provide recommendations for mitigation and resolution.
- Mentor and train junior support engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with product management to provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on customer needs and support experiences.
- Uphold Blue Yonder's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Extensive Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues Across Multiple Systems And Platforms.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Technologies, Particularly In Aws Or Azure Environments.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Scalable And Reliable Infrastructure Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
