Responsibilities:

1. Review and adjust claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Analyze medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Investigate and resolve complex claims issues.
4. Manage high volumes of claims in an efficient and timely manner.
5. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on the status of claims.
6. Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to claims adjusting.
7. Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
8. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful claim resolution.
10. Establish and maintain relationships with third-party providers.
