Responsibilities:

  2. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  3. Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Process customer orders and provide follow-up information and support.
  5. Generate reports to track customer service interactions.
  6. Provide feedback to management to help improve customer service processes.
  7. Maintain customer service records and filing systems.
  8. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.
  9. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in other customer service related duties as assigned.
