
Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative must be passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service. If you are someone who is dedicated, organized, and has a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve• Working knowledge of computer applications and software• Excellent customer service attitude and excellent phone etiquette
Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner. • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner. • Provide information regarding products and services available to customers. • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries. • Develop and maintain knowledge of BlueCross BlueShield products and services. • Maintain customer records. • Update customer accounts with accurate information. • Follow up on customer orders. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Ensure customer service standards are maintained. • Assist with other duties as needed.
