Job Description

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain current knowledge of customer service policies and procedures.
  3. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Record customer information and update customer records as necessary.
  5. Provide customers with product and service information.
  6. Address customer complaints and questions in a professional manner.
  7. Utilize customer service software and databases.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  9. Monitor customer satisfaction and take steps to ensure a positive customer experience.
  10. Identify, research, and resolve customer complaints.
