Network Development Specialist

1. Develop and maintain relationships with providers to ensure the health care needs of members are met.

4. Monitor provider performance to ensure quality of services is maintained.
5. Assist with the development of new provider programs and initiatives.
6. Identify and address provider issues and concerns.
7. Create and maintain provider databases and ensure accuracy of information.
8. Maintain records of provider visits and interactions.
9. Participate in provider meetings and trainings.
10. Assist in the development of provider contracts and agreements.
