Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Assist pharmacists in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and services to members.
2. Manage the retail pharmacy operations, including stocking shelves, ordering medications, and billing customers.
3. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Prepare and dispense medications according to physicians' orders and prescription labels.
5. Maintain accurate records of all medications and orders.
6. Monitor the expiration dates of medications, and discard outdated medications in accordance with regulations.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the dispensing of medications.
8. Assist with training and mentoring of new pharmacy technicians.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
