Provider Relations Representative

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for providers in the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina network.
2. Oversee the contracting and credentialing of providers in the network.

4. Respond to inquires from providers in a timely and accurate manner.
5. Monitor and track provider contract and credentialing status.
6. Provide support to providers with billing, coding, and other operational issues.
7. Resolve provider complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Prepare reports and documents related to provider contracting and credentialing.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve provider relations and satisfaction.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
