  1. Oversee all administrative operations and facilities within the organization.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective administrative processes and procedures.
  3. Manage and lead a team of administrative and facilities staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  5. Monitor and manage the organization's budget for administrative and facilities expenses.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to administrative and facilities management.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams to support their administrative needs.
  8. Maintain a safe and functional working environment by overseeing building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and contractors for facilities-related services.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative and facilities management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  11. Handle any issues or conflicts related to administrative and facilities operations in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of administrative and facilities operations.
  13. Identify and implement strategies for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the administrative and facilities functions.
  14. Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and teamwork within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Facilities Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In Facilities Management Or Administration.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Departments And Projects.

  • Knowledge Of Financial Management And Budgeting, With The Ability To Analyze And Report On Financial Data.
