- Manage and oversee the exotic trades desk, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of trades.
- Provide critical support to the exotic trades desk, including trade booking, confirmation, and settlement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and conditions to inform trading decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with traders and other team members to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties to facilitate smooth and timely trade execution.
- Keep updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of trade support professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Communicate and coordinate with external parties, such as brokers and custodians, to resolve any trade-related issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies to management.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Exotic Financial Products, Including Derivatives, Structured Products, And Complex Trading Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Managing A Team And Overseeing Daily Operations In A Fast-Paced Trading Environment.
