We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join the Boise Cascade team. The successful candidate will be a proactive and goal-oriented leader, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) and at least five years of experience in a management position. Proven leadership, management, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a customer-centric attitude and a drive to exceed expectations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the lumber and building materials industry and be able to manage a wide range of tasks and projects. Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, staff, and partners. • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction. • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and expenses. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. • Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive business growth. • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure they are meeting goals and expectations. • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
