Quality Manager

Responsible for planning, organizing and leading Bellwood’s quality initiatives while meeting the objectives of the Long-Range Plan. Drive Quality through out the Bellwood organization. Assure that Quality is a key focus for every department in their functional activities and drive bottom line results in the organization. Conduct reviews of the performance and conformance to the quality system. Ensure departmental performance to budget. Participate with other members of management in the formulation of strategy, policies and procedures to guide the business in achieving established goals and objectives. Ensure the effective implementation of Quality Systems strategy providing for no customer complaints and the attainment of all customers required quality awards. Develop and maintain an Electronic and Mechanical Gage Calibration process that is supported by the organization.
