The Business Process Analyst partners with department leads in Distribution, Customer Service, Quality and Manufacturing to analyze and improve work processes utilizing systems and services. You will drive changes in technology and processes with minimal supervision. Work on multiple teams developing and executing tasks to drive successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for researching, documenting technical opportunities, identifying and resolving system issues. The Business Process Analyst will work partner with Stakeholders and IT colleagues to interpret business objectives and translate them into workable technology solutions. Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders. Develop and author test strategy, test plans, and test cases. Execute and document acceptance testing, report test results and drive resolution of defects.
