  1. Provide technical and clinical support for Boston Scientific's cardiac rhythm management devices to healthcare professionals and patients.
  2. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of Boston Scientific devices.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers in the designated territory.
  5. Monitor and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal device performance.
  8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and report on sales and product usage data.
  9. Attend and represent Boston Scientific at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  10. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, product advancements, and clinical data.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Boston Scientific to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and compliance standards.
  13. Uphold Boston Scientific's commitment to improving patient outcomes and quality of life through innovative medical technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Biology, Or Medical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support, Preferably In A Crm Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cardiac Rhythm Management (Crm) Products, Procedures, And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Effectively Present Information To Diverse Audiences.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Support And Service.
