- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR matters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and managers, to understand their business needs and proactively address any HR-related issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex business challenges
- Lead and manage HR initiatives and projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and programs
- Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through effective communication, recognition, and development programs
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing mentorship and leadership to foster growth and development
- Represent the HR function in meetings and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
