  2. Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge mapping technologies.
  3. Utilize expertise in mapping and navigation technologies to support the team and drive innovation.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in electrophysiology and mapping technologies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mapping strategies.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality and accurate mapping procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into mapping strategies.
  8. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance mapping processes.
  9. Train and mentor team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in mapping procedures.
  11. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  12. Represent the company as a subject matter expert at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  13. Act as a liaison between the mapping team and other departments within the company.
  14. Continuously assess and improve mapping processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  15. Contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for the mapping team.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Gis Knowledge: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Geographic Information Systems (Gis) And Be Proficient In Using Various Mapping Software Such As Arcgis, Qgis, And Mapinfo.

  • Experience With Ep Technologies: A Strong Understanding Of Electrophysiology (Ep) Technologies And Procedures Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Have Experience In Mapping And Ablation Procedures, As Well As A Solid Understanding Of Ep Equipment And Software.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Principal Mapping Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Mapping Projects From Start To Finish. Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Timelines, Resources, And Budgets, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Communication And Collaboration: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. They Must Also Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Medical Device Industry Experience: Boston Scientific Is A Leading Medical Device Company, And Experience In The Industry Is Highly Desirable For This Role. Candidates With A Background In Ep Or Other Cardiovascular Specialties Will Be Given Preference.
