- Develop and implement education programs to support Boston Scientific products and therapies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scientific communication and support clinical research initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve education programs.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to understand their educational needs and provide relevant and effective materials.
- Train and educate internal and external stakeholders on Boston Scientific products, therapies, and relevant medical information.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and medical societies to support education initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets for education programs and ensure cost-effective strategies.
- Conduct market analysis and gather feedback from customers to identify gaps in education offerings and develop solutions.
- Represent Boston Scientific at medical conferences, seminars, and other educational events.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in medical education.
- Provide support and resources to field teams to ensure consistent and accurate communication of medical information to customers.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop educational materials and resources, including presentations, webinars, and online courses.
- Manage and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of education programs.
- Stay informed on competitors' education initiatives and make recommendations to stay competitive.
- Mentor and train junior team members and provide guidance and support for their professional development.
- Support other medical affairs initiatives and projects as needed.
Advanced Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Nursing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Medical Affairs Or Education Role Within The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Guidelines, Including Fda Regulations And Industry Standards.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals And Internal Teams.
