Job Description

As a Medical Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of life-saving medical devices, contributing to the health and well-being of patients worldwide.   1. Assemble medical devices according to strict quality control standards and procedures.
  2. Follow detailed assembly instructions and ensure accurate completion of all components.
  3. Inspect and test assembled devices to ensure they meet specifications and are free of defects.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  6. Identify and report any issues or concerns with equipment, materials, or processes to the appropriate supervisor.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  8. Continuously monitor and improve assembly processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  9. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on new products and assembly techniques.
  11. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of all assembled medical devices.
  12. Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines and standards, such as ISO and FDA regulations.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly.
  14. Keep track of inventory levels and notify supervisor when materials need to be replenished.
  15. Continuously strive to meet or exceed production targets while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Level Of Education Is Necessary To Understand And Follow Assembly Instructions And Safety Protocols.

  • Previous Experience In Medical Device Assembly: Familiarity With Medical Assembly Processes And Equipment Is Preferred To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Assembly Of Products.

  • Attention To Detail: Medical Assemblers Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Products Are Assembled Correctly And Meet Quality Standards.

  • Strong Manual Dexterity: Medical Assembly Work Involves Using Small Tools And Delicate Parts, So Good Hand-Eye Coordination And Fine Motor Skills Are Essential.
