- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for the company's sales force.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales team members.
- Utilize a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, role-playing, and online learning, to engage and educate sales representatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from sales team members.
- Continuously update and improve training materials and programs to keep up with industry trends and company initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to enhance their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure consistency in messaging and training.
- Stay up-to-date with new training techniques and technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of training programs.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for other members of the sales training team.
