
Supplier QA Engineer

As a Supplier QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials and components used in our products. - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality issues with suppliers and their products
- Monitor and track supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers, including conducting on-site evaluations and audits
- Provide technical expertise and support to suppliers in resolving quality-related issues and implementing improvements
- Review and approve supplier quality documents and procedures to ensure they meet company requirements
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to supplier quality, and incorporate this knowledge into supplier management processes
- Train and educate suppliers on quality standards and expectations to promote a culture of quality excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve supplier quality processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Biomedical Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.
Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Including Auditing And Supplier Selection Processes.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
