As a Supplier QA Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the materials and components used in our products.   • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier facilities, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any quality issues with suppliers and their products
  • Monitor and track supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers, including conducting on-site evaluations and audits
  • Provide technical expertise and support to suppliers in resolving quality-related issues and implementing improvements
  • Review and approve supplier quality documents and procedures to ensure they meet company requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to supplier quality, and incorporate this knowledge into supplier management processes
  • Train and educate suppliers on quality standards and expectations to promote a culture of quality excellence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve supplier quality processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.

  • Experience In Supplier Quality Management, Including Auditing And Supplier Selection Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
