  1. Design and implement comprehensive training programs to support employee growth and development.
  2. Identify training needs and gaps within the organization and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging training content.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  5. Develop and maintain a training calendar and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of all training initiatives.
  6. Manage and oversee the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  7. Lead a team of training professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve our programs.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  10. Partner with HR to integrate training and development initiatives into employee performance management processes.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for training programs.
  12. Communicate the value and impact of training programs to stakeholders, promoting a strong learning and development culture.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for training initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training and development practices.
  15. Regularly report on training metrics and progress to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Experience In Designing And Implementing Training Programs That Align With Organizational Goals And Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees At All Levels.

  • Familiarity With Learning Management Systems And Other Training Technology, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Technologies And Tools As Needed.
