  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development program for all employees, including new hires and existing staff.
  2. Identify and assess training needs within the organization and create targeted solutions to address them.
  3. Collaborate with department leaders to identify specific training needs for their teams and develop customized training plans.
  4. Conduct and/or coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics such as leadership development, technical skills, and compliance.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve their impact.
  6. Manage the learning management system and ensure all training materials are up to date and easily accessible for employees.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants to provide specialized training when needed.
  8. Monitor industry trends and best practices in training and development and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Mentor and coach employees to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals.
  10. Collaborate with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and create a development plan for their career growth.
  11. Create and maintain training budgets and report on training expenses and ROI.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to training and development.
  13. Act as a role model for a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  14. Communicate and promote the value of training and development initiatives to all employees.
  15. Manage and lead a team of trainers and learning specialists to ensure successful execution of training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Develop Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Assessing Training Needs, And Evaluating Training Effectiveness.
