UX Product Designer

Serve as a Lead Product Designer, establishing and harmonizing our global Educare experience with both user and business needs in mind. Communicate ideas effectively from concept through development, exuding a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. Design full-service consumer and business applications, translating complex user needs, technical constraints, and business goals into thoughtful, effective digital experiences. Broad expertise in user experience and interaction design, user research, and visual design. Develop compelling, mobile first user experiences that are driven by data and user research. Lead test plans and help facilitate user-centered research, such as usability testing, contextual inquiry, and field interviews Prototype, design, validate and collaborate with technical teams to develop components for the Educare platform. Articulate Product Design Vision to the team, to stakeholders, and to external parties.
