Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of store personnel, providing guidance and direction in order to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction
2. Develop and implement retail strategies to increase store performance and profitability
3. Ensure store operations are in accordance with company policies and procedures
4. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, utilizing data to inform decisions and strategies to improve performance
5. Create and execute marketing plans to maximize visibility of store and products, as well as to increase store traffic
6. Establish and maintain relationships with customers, providing a positive and professional customer experience
7. Manage inventory, restocking shelves and ensuring shelves are properly merchandised
8. Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel
9. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
10. Monitor store security, overseeing safety and loss prevention protocols
