  1. Conduct sales activities to acquire new small and medium business clients for Box's cloud content management and file sharing service.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competition within the SMB sector to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales efforts and drive results.
  6. Educate potential clients on the features and benefits of Box's platform and how it can improve their business processes.
  7. Understand and adapt to the evolving needs and challenges of SMBs, and position Box as a valuable solution.
  8. Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
  9. Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and report on sales activities and progress.
  10. Represent Box at industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Provide feedback and insights from the field to assist with product development and enhancements.
  12. Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
  13. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Box and maintain a positive and professional image at all times.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within the sales department.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Small Medium Business Account Executive At Box Should Have A Proven Track Record In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Software Industry. This Includes Experience In Prospecting, Negotiating, And Closing Deals.
