  2. Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain standardized sales processes and procedures.
  4. Oversee the sales forecasting process and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Operations Management: A Successful Candidate For A Sr. Sales Operations Manager Role At Box Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Management, Preferably In A Similar Industry.

Experience With Salesforce And Other Similar Tools Such As Marketo, Eloqua, Or Hubspot Is Highly Desirable.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth: The Sr. Sales Operations Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Strategies To Drive Sales Growth. Therefore, A Proven Track Record Of Success In This Area Is A Key Qualification For This Role.
