  1. Develop and implement corporate reporting strategies and frameworks that align with industry best practices and meet the company's ESG goals.
  2. Lead and manage the preparation and publication of the company's annual sustainability report, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data on the company's ESG performance and progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting standards, and incorporate them into the company's reporting practices.
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, such as investors, analysts, and rating agencies, on ESG matters and corporate reporting.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external sustainability organizations and participate in industry events and initiatives.
  7. Manage a team of reporting and sustainability professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  8. Work closely with internal departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of ESG data.
  9. Participate in the company's sustainability strategy development and help set ambitious and achievable targets for ESG performance.
  10. Communicate the company's ESG progress and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders through various channels, such as presentations, reports, and social media.
  11. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate reporting and ESG data management.
  12. Maintain a high level of integrity and transparency in all reporting and communication, adhering to the company's values and policies.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the company's ESG performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  14. Represent the company in external forums and events related to ESG and corporate reporting, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the company on ESG matters, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Corporate Reporting And Esg Standards: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Corporate Reporting Standards Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd, As Well As Emerging Esg Trends And Best Practices.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As A Corporate Reporting & Esg Senior Manager, One Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Key Trends And Insights, And Effectively Communicate Them To Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Sustainability Reporting: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Sustainability Reporting Processes, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting In Compliance With Global Standards.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Requires Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Therefore, Candidates Must Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Meet Deadlines, Manage Resources, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: As A Key Representative For Bp's Sustainability Efforts, The Senior Manager Must Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Engage With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Investors, Ngos, And Government Agencies.
