- Develop and implement corporate reporting strategies and frameworks that align with industry best practices and meet the company's ESG goals.
- Lead and manage the preparation and publication of the company's annual sustainability report, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data on the company's ESG performance and progress, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting standards, and incorporate them into the company's reporting practices.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external stakeholders, such as investors, analysts, and rating agencies, on ESG matters and corporate reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external sustainability organizations and participate in industry events and initiatives.
- Manage a team of reporting and sustainability professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure accurate and consistent reporting of ESG data.
- Participate in the company's sustainability strategy development and help set ambitious and achievable targets for ESG performance.
- Communicate the company's ESG progress and initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders through various channels, such as presentations, reports, and social media.
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate reporting and ESG data management.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and transparency in all reporting and communication, adhering to the company's values and policies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the company's ESG performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Represent the company in external forums and events related to ESG and corporate reporting, promoting the company's commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for the company on ESG matters, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Corporate Reporting And Esg Standards: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Corporate Reporting Standards Such As Gri, Sasb, And Tcfd, As Well As Emerging Esg Trends And Best Practices.
Strong Analytical Skills: As A Corporate Reporting & Esg Senior Manager, One Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Key Trends And Insights, And Effectively Communicate Them To Various Stakeholders.
Experience In Sustainability Reporting: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Managing Sustainability Reporting Processes, Including Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting In Compliance With Global Standards.
