- Oversee the execution of invoice processing for all departments and divisions within the organization.
- Ensure that all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, meeting established deadlines.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for invoice processing, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of invoice processors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Monitor and review invoice processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline invoice processing and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all processed invoices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in invoice processing, and incorporate them into the organization's processes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and strategies related to invoice processing.
- Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on invoice processing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to invoice processing.
- Participate in budget planning and forecasting related to invoice processing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the invoice processing team.
- Act as a point of contact for any escalations or inquiries related to invoice processing.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Invoice Processing Or Accounts Payable, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
Proficiency In Accounting Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Quickbooks, With A Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Controls.
