- Conduct detailed petrophysical analysis of rock and fluid properties to support exploration and production activities.
- Utilize advanced techniques and tools to evaluate and interpret well logs, core data, and other relevant data sets.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate petrophysical interpretations into reservoir characterization and modeling workflows.
- Develop and maintain petrophysical models for existing and future wells and reservoirs.
- Identify and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve petrophysical evaluations and data integration.
- Provide technical support for well planning and drilling operations.
- Communicate petrophysical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in petrophysics and incorporate them into job responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Mentor and train junior petrophysicists and other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Or A Related Discipline.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Petrophysical Analysis And Interpretation In The Oil And Gas Industry.
Proficient In Using Industry-Standard Petrophysical Software Such As Techlog, Petrel, Or Recall.
Strong Understanding Of Formation Evaluation Techniques And Experience With Well Log Analysis And Interpretation.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
